Laura Smith Dunaief is a consultant specializing in U.S. Capital Markets, Retail Financial Services, and Wealth Management. Ms. Smith Dunaief has over twenty years of experience managing projects, sales, operations, client services and training organizations within the financial services industry. In both her corporate career and as a consultant, Ms. Smith Dunaief has successfully assisted organizations with development and facilitation of programs addressing: Brokerage and Capital Markets Products; U.S. Market Structure; and Regulatory Issues. Her clients include many large and mid-sized domestic and international investment banks, private banks and broker-dealers. Formerly, Ms. Smith Dunaief was a Director of Training and Development for Schwab Capital Markets, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Prior to managing the training organization, she held roles as the Director of Customer Service Initiatives and Manager of Correspondent Execution Services, both for Schwab Capital Markets, and Vice President and Branch Manager of a Boston-area retail brokerage office for Charles Schwab.
